FH Martin’s work in the office market ranges from ground-up new buildings to interior office build-outs, and from moderate, functional spaces to offices with very high-end and elaborate finishes. We are experienced at working around ongoing operations with minimal disruption to the client’s activities, and know the importance of completing these jobs on time so that business can return to normal.
Smith Barney
Farmington Hills, Michigan
Smith Barney is a division of Citigroup Global Markets Inc., a global, full-service financial firm that provides brokerage, investment banking and asset management services to corporations, governments and individuals around the world. In late 2005, Smith Barney chose FH Martin to renovate and expand their office space in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The project consisted of 1,321 SF of expansion and 2,769 SF of renovation, all completed without shutting down Smith Barney's daily operations. Upgrades to the suite included new (2 x 2) ceilings, occupancy controlled lighting, additional conference room space, decorative wall covering, cherry millwork, carpeting and upgraded corridor entrances with cherry veneer and controlled access.

FH Martin Constructors Office Renovation
Warren, Michigan
FH Martin continues to grow, and to accommodate our growth, we took on a two-phase renovation project in our own headquarters, which included demolition and complete new build-out of a 13,000 SF office space. Project highlights include exposed structure ceilings in multiple areas, stained concrete floors, exposed interior masonry accents, skylights, "collaboration cafe" area and custom millwork workstations.

National Electrical Contractor's Association (NECA) Southeast Michigan Chapter Headquarters
Troy, Michigan
NECA is the voice of the $100 billion industry responsible for lighting, power and communication systems in buildings and communities across the United States. NECA's national office and 120 local chapters advance the electrical contracting industry through advocacy, education, research and standards development.

In 2005, FH Martin was selected to build NECA's new Southeast Michigan Chapter Headquarters. We consider it a great honor to be selected by our partners and peers from the electrical contracting community for this important project. The project consists of ground-up construction of an 11,400 SF single-story office building with kitchen, conference rooms and computer center, and all site improvements.
